Where accountability leads.
GRIT's mission and vision explain why accountability, justice, inclusion, and resilience must remain linked in one public-interest framework.

Mission
GRIT's mission is to drive systemic change through climate action, women's leadership, education and skills development, digital safety, legal support, health advocacy, governance reform, and inclusive social justice.
Its mission treats accountability as practical public infrastructure: people should be able to question institutions, seek remedy, and participate in shaping systems that affect their lives.
Vision
GRIT's vision is a just, inclusive, and resilient Bangladesh where every citizen, especially women, youth, and persons with disabilities, enjoys safety, dignity, legal protection, mental well-being, and a sustainable environment.
The organization understands transformation as systemic, not symbolic. Institutions must become more responsive while citizens gain stronger pathways to participation, oversight, and justice.
One mandate, put into practice.
Mission and vision only matter if they show up in the work. See how these commitments translate into strategic pillars and live programs.
