The leadership model combines advisory, governance, program, and operational bodies. The roster remains flexible where source records are partial, but the structure itself is already defined.
GRIT's source document defines three public leadership layers: advisory leadership, governing leadership, and a Board of Leaders with two separate types: Specialized Program Wings and Functional Operations Body.
